Clear sidewall permits visual check of material flow. The smooth bore allows for precise flow because no irregularities in the wall can cause interruptions. Smooth bore also promotes drainability. External helix provides for easy drag.

Minimum Runs: 1 1/2" ID - 3000 ft minimum run or 1000 ft, 4 week lead time. 2" ID - 2000 ft minimum run or 1000 ft, 4 week lead time. 2 1/2" ID - 2000 ft minimum run or 1000 ft, 4 week lead time. 3" ID - 1500 ft minimum run or 500 ft, 4 week lead time. 4" ID - 700 ft minimum run or 500 ft, 4 week lead time. 5" ID - 500 ft minimum run. 6" ID - 400 ft minimum run. 8" ID - 200 ft minimum run.

*Over flexing or repeated flexing of hose within 18″ (457 mm) of fitting is a common cause of hose failure. Installing a 12″-14″ (305-356 mm) section of our Banding Coil at the end of the hose should be considered. Kanaflex will not be responsible for damage to hose due to over flexing.
