Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 STAR combines abrasion-resistant SBR construction, static-dissipating carbon black and a copper grounding wire for demanding dry-material handling.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant wet and dry material handling hose
flexVAC™ U Boom ST is the heavy polyurethane-lined boom hose for demanding wet and dry abrasive recovery. Its static-dissipating construction and copper grounding wire support the defined severe-duty role. It is not food grade.
Notes: This progression covers compatible dry-bulk unloading within each hose’s actual pressure and temperature limits. It is not a food-contact qualification.
At the shared 4- and 6-inch sizes, STKBLITE and STKB are rated to 20 psi. Higher unloading pressure can exclude those boom products even though they remain ranked for their rated duty.
Distinction: flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST favors polyurethane-lined construction and lower weight. flexVAC™ 180 STAR provides heavy-duty grounded rubber construction. flexVAC™ U Boom ST addresses demanding abrasive unloading when its diameter and working-pressure rating meet the trailer system.
Warning: Verify the commodity, particle size, temperature, unloading pressure, required diameter and static-control requirements. Correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the hose wire as part of the trailer and receiving system. Confirm the selected diameter’s vacuum and bend-radius limits.
