Lightweight abrasion resistant blower and suction hose
flexVAC™ lite 180 AR is the lighter abrasion-resistant SBR option for suction and light blowing of fibrous or lightweight abrasive material. Its static-dissipating rubber does not include a grounding wire.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Notes: The value selection is for lightweight fibrous peat pickup within 180BL’s vacuum limits. Stronger suction or a required hose-grounding wire changes the eligible selection.
Distinction: flexVAC™ lite 180 AR suits lightweight fibrous peat pickup and easier handling. flexVAC™ 180 AR provides heavier abrasive-material construction. flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST adds grounded polyurethane-lined construction where stronger suction or a hose-grounding wire governs selection.
Limitation: Compare actual pickup vacuum with the published rating for the selected hose and diameter; confirm routing and supported hose weight.
Warning: Peat and organic dust can generate static and combustible-dust hazards. flexVAC™ lite 180 AR and flexVAC™ 180 AR have no grounding wire. Where a hose-grounding wire is required, use an eligible wire-equipped selection and correctly bond, ground and test the complete assembly.
