All purpose chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 300 is the EPDM chemical, water and liquid-waste option. Its suitability depends on the exact fluid; the EPDM designation does not establish universal chemical or petroleum compatibility. Use compatible 300GR for an EPDM liquid-dominant duty.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 220 is the SBR liquid-waste and vacuum-truck option. Its smooth outside diameter supports handling, while its construction suits compatible waste streams and suspended solids. Use 220RS for its defined SBR liquid-waste handling role.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Notes: The value choice is for identified SBR-compatible industrial waste with abrasive mixed solids. Other liquid chemistries or hot waste can require a different family.
Use a separately qualified heat or fuel product when that requirement controls.
Warning: No hose is universally compatible with industrial waste. Identify chemistry, contaminants, sharp debris, temperature, abrasion and static potential. Confirm pressure, vacuum and bend radius and correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the selected hose wire wherever required.
