Heavy-duty water suction and discharge hose
flexFLO™ 110 is the heavy-duty general-purpose PVC option. Its water-service construction and broad size range support demanding suction and discharge within the rating of the selected diameter.
All purpose chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 300 is the EPDM chemical, water and liquid-waste option. Its suitability depends on the exact fluid; the EPDM designation does not establish universal chemical or petroleum compatibility.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 220 is the SBR liquid-waste and vacuum-truck option. Its smooth outside diameter supports handling, while its construction suits compatible waste streams and suspended solids.
Heavy-duty reinforced chemical suction and discharge hose
Use for: Reinforced EPDM discharge.
flexCHEM™ 390 adds synthetic reinforcement and higher working-pressure capability for compatible EPDM service. Its listed diameters extend through 3 inches; this is a pressure-transfer upgrade, not an automatic vacuum-pickup upgrade.
Notes: The primary progression is for identified, compatible liquid-dominant sludge suction. Reinforced EPDM discharge is separate.
Distinction: flexFLO™ 110 suits compatible water-dominant, low-solids service. flexCHEM™ 300 applies when the identified stream favors EPDM construction. flexCHEM™ 220 addresses compatible heavier sludge and suspended solids. The flexCHEM™ 390 alternative is for reinforced EPDM discharge.
Warning: Sludge may contain acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, biological waste and treatment chemicals. Identify the liquid phase, solids, concentration, temperature and contaminants. Verify compatibility of the hose, fittings and seals and the selected diameter’s pressure, vacuum and bend-radius limits.
