Middleweight blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 535 is the middleweight polyurethane duct. It retains multidirectional routing and visual flow inspection while adding wall weight and, at relevant sizes, suction capability over the lighter 520U.

flexDUCT™ U 545
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Notes: Use the polyurethane duct progression for compatible wood-chip collection and conveying within the collector ratings.
Limitation: Compare the collector’s actual vacuum with the rating for the selected hose diameter; larger sizes may have lower vacuum capability. A Best ranking does not make every flexDUCT™ U 545 size suitable for every vacuum level. Confirm routing, dust control and the complete system’s bonding and grounding requirements.
