Medium-duty food grade suction and discharge hose
flexFOOD™ lite 200 ST combines clear food-contact PVC construction with a copper grounding wire for qualified dry-material conveying. It is the lower-pressure option in this progression. ST200SFG remains the value choice only within its published ratings.
Reinforced urethane food hose
flexFORCE™ U Food Grade combines a food-contact polyurethane liner, synthetic reinforcement, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire. It is the reinforced option for qualified abrasive-material and pressure service. Reinforced STKLUFG is the eligible upgrade when the required pressure or wear duty exceeds that scope.
Notes: Use grounded food-contact constructions for flour unloading. Nonfood STKB is excluded regardless of its abrasion capability.
Distinction: flexFOOD™ lite 200 ST covers qualified routine flour conveying with a grounding wire. flexFORCE™ U Food Grade adds reinforced polyurethane construction for greater pressure or abrasion demands. Nonfood boom hose is excluded from this food-contact duty.
Warning: Flour dust can be combustible. Food-contact construction alone does not establish combustible-dust safety or sanitary suitability. Evaluate hose, couplings, receiving equipment and dust collection together, correctly terminate and test the grounding wire, and confirm operating pressure, vacuum, temperature and bend radius.
