Medium-duty polyurethane blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 150 is the clear polyurethane option with a rigid PVC helix. It adds internal abrasion resistance over general PVC while retaining visual flow inspection and practical handling.

flexDUCT™ U 545
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Alternative
flexDUCT™ 660
Heavy-duty duct hose
Use for: Exterior dragging.
flexDUCT™ 660 is the EPDM duct with a prominent external helix for repeated dragging. It belongs in a compatible lower-vacuum blower or collection system.
Notes: The main progression covers suction and internal wear in leaf collection. Repeated exterior dragging is a separate duty.
Distinction: flexDUCT™ 150 covers occasional light-duty collection; flexDUCT™ U 150 adds clear polyurethane construction and internal-abrasion resistance; flexDUCT™ U 545 addresses greater internal-wear demands. The flexDUCT™ 660 alternative addresses repeated exterior dragging within its lower-vacuum ratings.
Limitation: Compare operating vacuum with the published rating for the selected diameter. Large-diameter ducting must not be assumed to withstand every vacuum level. Confirm routing and the complete system’s dust-control, bonding and grounding requirements.
